Dusty from my basement, these were exhibited for the end of a course in design in the Atrium at OCAD. Unfortunately the accompanying written statement dealing with oppression of women in the middle east and the positive impact of the war on terrorism resulting from the tragic events of 9/11 was not included with the artwork. Most OCAD projects required research and a written statement then a visual response to evoke an emotional not esthetic response and presentation along with a question and answer period often resulting in recommendations for improvement on ideas, a re-submission and new presentation a week or two later.
